While not all areas are lucky enough to have an abundant spring mushroom season where I am located here in Idaho we are! We have plenty of amazing mushrooms coming on here very soon and I for one an thriller for the hunt! Chanterelles, Spring King Bolete, Queen Bolete and of course everyone's favorite the Morel mushroom. There are many other fantastic plants to forage as well! From Dandelions to Stinging Nettle and Fiddlehead ferns all have their own individual place in nature and in our home if one so chooses. Each one serves a purpose and is high in vitamins and serves many holistic purposes. I am excited to start scouting soon! Let me know if you want to wander with me.
